Installing the APK?

  1. Open the downloaded file. If Android asks, allow this browser to install apps—you can turn that off again afterward.
  2. Updating? Keep your existing wallet installed. If Android rejects the update, contact support instead of uninstalling it.

Pair with a one-time code and an encrypted QR. Your recovery phrase is not sent to Anon servers.

Not installed? Get the extension

    Open Anon Mobile

    Tap Set up Anon, then choose Import from extension. Keep the pairing code visible on your phone.

    Open Mobile Sync

    In the extension, go to Settings → Security → Recovery → Mobile Sync and enter the code shown on your phone.

  3. 03

    Authorize locally

    Confirm the account in the extension. The recovery bundle is encrypted on your device and is never uploaded.

  4. 04

    Scan and finish

    Paste the one-time password into the phone, open its scanner, and scan the short-lived encrypted QR.
